Practice Relational Presence
— a grounding online practice group
An online practice group where we meet live — to slow down, feel what is real, and practice being present with each other. Not a course. Not a webinar. A field.
We synchronize — the way the pack does, the way the forest does — through presence, breath, movement, and relational attunement. Each session is guided, embodied, and alive.
Dates & TimesNext cohort: May 7, 2026 — Thursdays, four weeks, one session per week.
Sessions run 7–9 pm CET. A new cohort opens every month.

Marian Julianne Flage
Somatic practitioner, Norway

Julia Thompson
Relational facilitator, UK
Marian Julianne tells it in her own voice — from a Norwegian forest, eleven Alaska Huskies, and the threshold between the life she had built and the life that called her deeper.
Chapter I
A sled, eleven Alaska Huskies, four hours in the forest. The moment Atla ran free — and what that opened.
The Threshold
Chapter II
What is presence — and how do you recognise it? The moment a decision was already made in the body before the mind had caught up.
The Moment I Said Yes
Chapter III
Standing on a hill in the dark, the pack howling across the valley — Marian Julianne finds herself stopped not by cold or tiredness, but by a realisation. Her body already knew it was joy before her mind had formed the thought.
