Somatic yoga and embodied movement that build body intelligence from the inside out. Not performance — listening. Not achieving a pose — arriving in it.

Sessions range from gentle grounding practices to more dynamic movement explorations. All levels. All bodies. The only requirement is curiosity.

Meditation

Sitting practices that cultivate inner spaciousness — the capacity to be with what is, without managing or fixing. Grounded in somatic and non-dual traditions.

Meditation here is not about emptying the mind. It is about learning to be present with whatever is arising — thought, sensation, emotion — with a quality of gentle, curious attention.
